Hi I'm Jude, the owner and lead trainer at Fresh Perspective...

 

I offer businesses affordable bespoke training solutions and consultancy on a freelance or contract basis.

I am a conscientious and dedicated CIPD Learning & Development Professional with over 25 years experience across General Business operations, Corporate Hospitality, Service and Recruitment Sales and HR & Facilities Management, with a focus on Customer Service Excellence throughout.


In 2013 I founded the Fresh Perspective Training Consultancy and now specialise in cutting edge design & delivery of bespoke training solutions to businesses of any size across many market sectors.  I am qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development as a CTP Qualified Trainer & Coach and am also an accredited Growth Accelerator Trainer, with over 10 years L&D experience across various business sectors.


I have designed and delivered award winning training programs from Entry Level to Management Development and am forward thinking, well organised and proactive - with experience running the full training cycle from training needs analysis, design & delivery, to evaluation.  I am experienced and confident liaising at all levels in business and provide consultancy on business process best practice for Training, HR and Recruitment.  


As an INLPTA qualified Master Practitioner in NLP, I specialise in advanced communication psychology. Focusing on how we interact with others and how we can use our communication more effectively to improve business relationships, these invaluable skills are included in many of my courses.  Part of this is about understanding how we ourselves communicate, but also how the human brain receives information - and these are powerful, game changing skills that lend themselves particularly well to people management, team work, sales, recruitment and customer services.

I am a results driven individual who is passionate about motivating and engaging people to excel and am extremely proud of my reputation as a premiere source of Training & Development across the South Coast and UK.
